The Obama administration announced today a new loan modification program aimed at 2nd mortgages.
The new Second Lien Program is designed to work along with a 1st mortgage modification made under the administration's Making Home Affordable Program. Simply put, the goverment is stepping up to the plate to offer incentives to lenders to make these modifications.
